when I modify (e.g. upgrade a street with tram tracks) or build a new street (especially tunnels) the game crashes often with this message in standard output:

does anyone have an idea? can this be caused by a mod? is there an official place to report?

so I decided to bulldoze streets near the station... but resulting in another crash:
