Hi everyone.
A question addressed above all to those who have perfectly understood the functioning of the files in the game.
Whereas before in TF1 when it was decided to electrify a station it was necessary to electrify it all, now as we know in TF2 it is also possible to electrify the tracks also individually.
For this reason, do you think it is possible to add another electrical power system to the direct current piling, such as the Italian three-phase system (drehstrom)?
I believe that the engine of the game allows it, it would be a matter of creating a new system of poles and two-wire catenary, with the possibility of choosing from the track construction menu.
So, we would then be able to choose two electrification systems from the game menu.
It would be nice to be able to recreate border situations, as it was at the Brenner Pass, where Austrian, German and Italian locomotives met with different power supply systems.
What do you think?
If the speech interests you, I can offer technical support.
Furthermore, we could get help for some models already present in Train simulator, to convert them for TF2.
