You'll want to use the Brand pack 4.22.1 from the download section here, you can then safely disable your current steam version.
The T3 Colour pack is out-dated. I'm not 100% sure (only 95% 
) if deactivating it will result in some place holder boxes showing, Safest is to move that to the top of the load sequence. So that all other (newer) mods will overwrite the duplicate model files.
Okay, updating the Brand Pack did the trick finally. I have more of your mods downloaded from Steam. Should I download them instead from here?

Carbonunit The colour pack got included in the base mod, you should be able to just delete the colour pack.
You can keep using my Steam mods only you'll need a little patience for the updates there. I always first release my mods here and only a week or so later on Steam.
For the T3s I'll only update Steam once I have the Brand pack update ready so that users there won't have the hassle of a temporary version and transition smoothly. The great benefit with Steam are after all the automatic updates. Unless Steam goes completely off-line I ensure my mods will always remain available for my users, when a mod gets out-dated I'll either update it or I hide it so no new users can subscribe but existing users will keep them (that's also what I do with the limited edition previews on Steam).

How about the early Variant without the lower grille, or the later Caravelle with rectangular twin headlights?

I had the T3 base Pack from Steam in Version 1.21. It seems to me, that there was no update for some time, as the changelog here lists a lot of updates. However, its your decision where you do updates, but users need to know, where they will be available and if they can rely on these updates to come.
I will see what happens if I remove the colour pack.
And, regarding your last picture: I am very sure, that the T3 never had twin wheels on the rear axle. The whole car as such was in no version heavier than 3 tons, so no twin wheels needed. Also, there is the engine and the exhaust pipe in the back. Where to put all that, if you put four wheels on the axle, instead of two? Funny idea, but has nothing to do with reallity.
People did a lot of things with the T3, they put Porsche engines in the back and mounted wider tires, but it never left the factory with four wheels on the rear axle.
Carbonunit, yes I understand the confusion. The Steam version 1.21 is actually the same as the 4.21 here. At that time I was hesitant to update the major version on Steam as I was unsure such wouldn't cause issues.
A dual axle on the T3 I have never seen either, but probably someone will have tried it . When I'm done playing it will probably get some nice alloy rims instead.
and Casa oef... that will almost explode the mod ... I'm still thinking about a camper version and maybe a double cab ... who knows maybe in due time ...

If someone tried a dual axle, then this would have made the car wider, because between the two wheels is no room for another pair of wheels. So there could be a fun version for sure, but it will probably not have the same body as the original car.
Also there are tons of camper vans based on the T3. I had one myself from 1992 to 1997. It had mighty 57 horsepowers and worked very hard on climbing out of the Werratal on motorway A7 going south. On the motorway I could only overtake other T3 with the 50 hp Diesel engine. But the car was a masterpiece of engineering when you look at how they used the room they had inside. And, among most of the mini vans in that time, your legs were relatiely safe in case of a crash, because there were iron bars to keep the surviving space in the front.
I deactivate the colour pack and there was no report about grey boxes, so that seems to work. I am happy about every mod that becomes obsolete and that can be removed.
More repaints for the T3

Sorry but there is another update for the T3 base mod coming, I've further reworked the body mesh, I'll release it as soon as I have completed all the repaints as well.

After a (probably for now) last repaint I started work on the asset for the brand pack.
A new asset menu also means a new fall back gimmick,

The elephant won't run away, no worries. The washing machine will come available for the brand pack that get's it's own asset entry.
