Japanese Reverse Build 19

A project I've been working on for some time, was to build a single city that was very loosely based on Tokyo and surrounds but with building the networks and detailing first then letting the simulation fill in the blanks. First of all the layout. Each town is not a standard TPF2 town with RES, COM and IND in each one. Using the advanced town builder, only industrial towns are located south of a figurative line between the nuclear power plant in the bottom left and the stadium district in the center. Everywhere else besides the artificial islands is either RES or RES/COM. This enables the city to have more of a suburb or district feel. Less chaos in the way people wish to get to work in the industrial districts. Secondly, the towns are limited to not have skyscrapers and high level building to keep the skyline flatter and encourage the areas to spread and fill the gaps between zones. The roads are laid in such a way that, whilst they look connected to each other, they are not and therefore must use public transport to navigate the city.
