    Hello dear TPF2 modding community,

    I recently discovered the amazing Montreal Metro with ist MR-63 and MR-73 metro cars. It is one of the most used systems in North America and uniquely uses rubber tires. I absolutely love the design of the old metro cars! They look truly iconic with their boxy aesthetic. After an intense search, I found that there aren't any mods for this specific system yet, nor any mods that bring rubber-tire tracks into the game.


    I don’t know if requesting mods is acceptable or not, and normally I would just give up. But since I can’t 3D model myself (outside of some basic SketchUp experience), I thought this would be the best way to give Montreal and its amazing metro some attention.


    I think both would be extremely cool! But even if the rubber-tire tracks aren't implemented, the train cars themselves on standard tracks would be awesome to have in any save games.

    I live in Germany, so I sadly haven't had the chance to ride this metro myself yet, but I would love to experience it virtually. I am currently working on a fictional map for Augsburg and one of my goals is to include a metro system using these cars would be amazing!

    The Photo album is really worth a visit! They a bunch of vinatge images of old stations form the time they opnend, old Pictures of the metro cars, and very cool Photograps from the construction of some of the Lines!
