Well after I've alot of testing it seems I found the problem (sort of). My TF install consist of alot of old or "res" folder mods from the time when the USA Dlc in both the STOCK and USA dlc installs which was released up until the "mod" folder was added to the game. Basically alot of "mods" from the old res folders are automatically loading into the saves when they are created and can't be removed easily, and oddly some usa dlc mods are also affecting the save.
I probably was in USA Dlc mode by accident when I made the map even though I set everything to North European in the advanced settings tab and added the Nordic mod to the save mod list. This is probably why the save keeps trying to load USA Dlc files eventhough they shouldn't.
I assume the mod now classifies it self as it's own "Dlc" now, so I'm guessing that the Usa Dlc is no longer being activated with the new version 0124 and the save crashes.
Regardless of what's actually causing it, it just seems that I just simply need to re-install all my mods properly and recreate my saves entirely.

P.S.: Anyone know how to retrieve old map seed keys from save files? I wish there was an easier way to retrieve seeds for maps besides writing them down intitally and hoping you don't lose them... ^_^;
