Due to the fact that the Einheitswagen IV is very similar to the italian Trenitalia MDVE wagon, can somebody do a repaint of it?

Some pictures of Paradizna Central Station, the focal hub for all my main railway lines. The station was built in 1850.

Karvina stations; it used to be a single station serving two lines terminating in Paradizna but, at a certain point, the traffic became so heavy that I had to create two different lines and two different stations.

Lutz station, the very first station of my railways system, it started the operation on January, 1850. Today is a small secondary station.
