The end is nearing
spend quite some time with the front end today. painting curved lines on cabins is more difficult than one might think because of the issues faced with mapping curved surfaces onto a 2D uv-map. had to change the original mapping slightly to make it look like it does now

things left to do
- 2 air filters above the front doors on both sides
- model_small images

currently waiting till the KISS2 has been made so i can make the ODEG skin for it.

there are 2 trainmodels i would like to see being made and which would provide plenty of repaint options:
1. LINT 41
2. Talent 1

Made some nice progress today. the major parts of the front/end body have been painted.

things left to do:
- the blue lines at the cabin
- 2 air filters above the front doors on both sides
- overall adding of details

I have had a busy week so little progress on the NS repaint has been made, this week i will have more free time so expect some new screenshots

@Howach personally i find that livery quite ugly, so i wont make that repaint

one repaint of the xxl bus has been released, no other repaints of that bus are being worked on

update on the flirt-3 ns repaint:

I am, together with @DarkMo, finishing the process of adding a second set of doors to the front/back

of the Stadler KISS i only will do the ODEG repaint and release that one i a package with the stadler gtw odeg and the siemens desiro classic odeg
When i have finished the Stadler Flirt-3 NS repaint i will look at new repaint idea's. if noone else has started with the flirt-3 westfalenbahn repaint at that moment i will do it

what do you mean? this repaint hasn't been released yet. for issues with the original model ask DarkMo

Below is proof i really have returned

started the repaint work with the 2 middle wagons. next step will be the front/end parts.
when those are complete i will add a second set of doors to the front and end parts, while my blender skills should be enough to do that they aren't good enough to make sure there are 3 windows between the doors like the Flirt-3's from the NS have irl.

when released this train will be available as a 3-part and as a 4-part EMU

i can think of 2 possible reasons:
1. maybe you have renamed the texture files wrong
2. inside the .mtl files you are pointing to a wrong texture file

Renaming the Flirt-3 for the ns-repaint has been completed without a single error

i will now first work on the repaint before trying to add a second set of doors in the front/end parts

EDIT:
just found out that the Flirt-3 from the NS has an extra window between the doors compared to the Flirt-3 DarkMo created. i don't know if i can fix that because that requires messing around with the roof to make it longer is difficult.

i would love to see the EC250 in Trainfever just because it is made by Stadler.

looks great, it is beautifull

now we just need to wait till DarkMo finishes the KISS-2 to have the whole Stadler family in TrainFever.

I have had a look at the changelogs and it seems my mods do not need (much) updating

concerning the ODEG repaint of the Stadler KISS:
first i need to wait till DarkMo has made the correct version of the KISS2. when he has done that i will make an ODEG repaint of it.
this repaint will be released as a package together with the siemens desiro classic and stadler gtw 2/6 DMU which already have ODEG liveries made by me

concerning the Stadler Flirt 3 repaints:
for the repaints i want to do i first need to alter the front end so it has 2 doors on both sides. when that work is done i will first make a NS repaint of it. that one is going to replace the current stadler flirt ns repaint i have made

i don't believe we are attacking you, that is not my intention

i am merely stating the fact that we don't know enough of the new game yet to be having this discussion

Maybe we could create a seperate ODEG package, i already have the stadler gtw 2/6 DMU and the siemens desiro classic DMU in ODEG liveries, if you want to make a stadler KISS ODEG version that is fine with me
