Wir begrüßen euch in der Fan-Community zu den Spielen Transport Fever und Train Fever, den Wirtschaftssimulatoren von Urban Games. Die Community steht euch kostenlos zur Verfügung damit ihr euch über das Spiel austauschen und informieren könnt.     Can anyone tell me if there a way to change the draw distance - i.e. the point at which the scenery becomes that ugly white mess and cuts off? I know there's a setting which brings it forward and back, but I'd like to push it further out or even get rid of it completely if its possible. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you for the replies. I removed the sounds myself - it's the visible floating money I wanted to remove. It's visually poor and I believe is an unnecessary frame rate killer. Hopefully it will be moddable one day.

    Sorry, I am sure this has been asked already but I cannot find it... Is there a mod to remove the floating money signs for costs and earnings?

    I set my resolution too high and I cannot set it back - Settings are no longer available. Can someone tell me how to do it? Thanks

    Yes, that seems the right way for the developers to go. Options (not exclusionary of each other) could be

    • A toggle off non-interactive game play icons (e.g. station/stop/money)
    • A 'Photo' mode which provides additional camera movement (such as that in Anno games)
    • A 'Full Detail' mode which opens up all LODs for maximum details at full distance (line "n" key in recent TW games) which is resource hungry but great for those with faster PCs.

    Actually, I am thinking there must be a parameter file somewhere that determines at what camera height all those annoying signs disappear. If one could change that so that they disappear when the camare is higher/further away that would do the trick. Any ideas?


    PS: I'd also like to find where the lowest camera height is defined so we can get closer to the ground.

    Thank you for the reply, Merk. Maybe these will be changes the developers will make - soon. I find the visuals are horrible with all the icons plastered over the scenery, and zooming in and following the action is ruined by the mouse-over selection. I will keep my fingers crossed.


    PS: Where can I find the UI icons?

    I have the following questions - any help would be appreciated.

    • Can all the little icons (e.g. station/stop signs) be switched off/toggled so the game can be seen cleanly from a distance?
    • Can the money signs (red costs and green earnings) be switched off/toggled?
    • Can the automatic highlighting of items under the mouse be switched off?
    • Has anyone been able to get SweetFX to work with the game to enhance the graphics, and if so, how?

    Ich habe folgende Fragen - jede Hilfe würde geschätzt.

    • Können all die kleinen Symbole (zB Bahnhof / Stopp-Schilder) aus / eingeschaltet werden umgeschaltet, so kann das Spiel sauber aus der Ferne gesehen werden?
    • Können die Geld-Zeichen (rote und grüne Kosten Erträge) aus / eingeschaltet werden umgeschaltet?
    • Kann die automatische Hervorhebung der Artikel unter der Maus abgeschaltet werden?
    • Hat jemand in der Lage zu bekommen SweetFX um mit dem Spiel zu arbeiten, um die Grafik zu verbessern gewesen, und wenn ja, wie?
