Please make a mod that would enable USA dlc vehicles in a saved game. Currently USA dlc vehicles can only be enabled in a new game. A mod that would enable these vehicles in a saved game would really be apprecieated.

Hi,
I am using Advanced Train Total mod and having problems
My diagram shows a part of the setup that has problems.
I have total of 4 oil trains running on line 2 with 3 mins frequenct , but there is 0 production at Oil wells B, because the Plastic plant receives oil from Oil wells A by walking. I dont want to create a line between Oil A and the plastic plant because Oil A is already dedicated to serve colors plant via line 1. Even if i create a line between them, the supply to the colors plant will decrease, which will affect the whole colors production chain.
It seems as if the plastic plant want to receive oil from a single source and that is Oil wells A, as a consequences of which the production at the plastic plant is not increasing after 13 units.
