Thankyou for your response - is there going to be an alternative for those without wheel mice (like myself) if PgUp/PgDn don't work?

I've just tested PgUp and PgDn and they do not scroll the list. This seems to be an option in the in-game Settings to be able to change the assigned buttons for features like scrolling (rather than having to mess about with the configuration files).

I'm new here, so bear with me.
I have found that I am unable to scroll up or down any of the lists in-game, whether it be the list of roads or a list or routes or stops on routes. Is this a known bug in the program (with a patch forthcoming hopefully) or am I doing something wrong (perhaps there's a shortcut key I've missed somewhere, or perhaps the scrollbars are very picky in how you use them)?
I did manage to (by some weird mouse movement and pressing of various keys) manage to get it to scroll down one line on the roads list, but couldn't then get it to go back up.
If needed, I use it on Windows 8.1 64-bit with an ATI Radeon R5 graphics card.
