ah it work already

Mod aus der modwerkstatt laden -> in den Mod Ordner von Transport Fever entpacken -> Spiel starten -> Steam Mod deaktivieren -> Mod aus dem Modwerkstatt
(sollte bei korrekter Vorgehensweise auftauchen) aktivieren -> Savegames starten -> wenn Spielstand läuft würde ich gleich mal untern neuem Namen speichern.
