Bummer!
Are converting the image into a 3d model? So only a scan would give the best quality and uniformity?

Alright, hopefully these are better and work for you all. First set was from my nexus phone, this set is off my 16mp Panasonic so they are in full resolution in my google folder/album
https://goo.gl/photos/DoF1qRfToyZYpthj8Have not found a place I can get it scanned at.

Nice poster but the pics are almost useless because not 90 degrees taken from directly above. The top is smaller than the bottom
True. Any chance you can get this poster scanned? I'm sure that would be a great help and might motivate someone to take on this modding task
I will see. I have no clue how the model creation works, so I was unsure what you all use/need. At the least, I need better lighting to reduce some of the glare and shading.

Completely forgot I had this poster. It has been rolled up in its tube since the convention last year.
Not sure if these will be beneficial, but i do think the Fseries units for the City of Illinios would look good also being in the war bonnet colors. So one would have a choice of having the UP yellow/gray for City of Los Angeles, the maroon for the City of Illinios, and the war bonnet for the Super Chief.http://s88.photobucket.com/use…_20170412_021301.jpg.html

The N&W Class J is a late steam streamliner that really should be in the game. Looks better than the Hiawatha and could attain 177kph despite the smaller driving wheels due to better engineering.
This link has blueprints of the Class J

Danke vielmals MaikC.
Will be eagerly awaiting the completion. My grandfather had a Rock Island HO model railroad setup that I grew up on. There were lots of GPs, E series, F series, Mikados, etc.

I definitely look forward to this being completed. I'm happy with Transport Fever adding the 4-4-2 Atlantic type for early passenger service. However, I prefer the EMD series over the Alco series for initial diesel passenger service. Once the basic model is done, I would greatly appreciate a City of Los Angeles version as well

First want to say thanks for the mods that are already available. The vehicles offered by the developer seem woefully lacking across the board. I've added quite a few already.
I'm in the US so I'm more familiar with US offerings vs Europe. Early to mid game in the US DLC needs more train options.
Below are the key trains I feel are needed due to their popularity and abilities in the USA. I assembled stats for each one.
Both the Baldwin class 56 "Consolidation" and the Mikado are more intended for freight, not passenger service so key passenger locos are missing from the lineup.
4-4-2 Atlantic type
Build 1894-1914
power 442kw
trac80kn
top speed 90km
weight 150t
lifespan 30y
price $600,000
run cost $400,000

4-6-2 Pacific Class K
Build 1910-1929
power 1780kw
trac210kn
top speed 110km
weight 200t
life 30y
price $895,000
run cost $547,000

Then a key streamliner diesel icon is the EMD F units anywhere from the FTs on to the FL9s that remained in service into the 21st century. They outsold the Alco PAs and were more reliable than the Alcos too. So i dont understand why the developer didnt use the F units.
EMD F-unit A+B
Build 1939-1956
power 2,200 kw (A unit 1,100)
trac 470kn(A unit 235)
top speed 165kph
weight 230t (A unit 115)
life 45y
price$2,200,000 (A unit $1,400,000)
run cost$900,000(A unit $600,000)
http://www.keymodels.net/id35.html
If anyone is willing to work on those 3 trains, especially the EMD F units. I would be very happy!!
Additionally, the Alco should be cost adjusted. Running cost is way too high in comparison to the steam locos at the time. Diesel was cheaper and easier to run than their steam cousins otherwise companies would have never had reason to switch away from steam. So for anyone wanting to use the vehicle editor these costs would be closer to accurate.
Alco PA/B
Run cost $1,000,000 (A unit $700,000)
