While certainly the model ship, I'm not sure you want to use that ship as your example. Ha ha
I mean it's one of the most famous ones because it sank, so it's also the one with the most pictures, data and models of it.

I'd like to see someone bring great lakes freighters into the game, a good example of one would be the Edmund Fitzgerald which I'll post the pictures of and the details below. Freighters like this would be great for ocean based maps for hauling large bulked goods over long distances (we'd just need ports large enough to handle these)
Tonnage: | 13,632 Tons |
Length: | 729 ft (222 m) |
Beam: | 75 ft (23 m) |
Speed: | 14 kn (26 km/h; 16 mph) |
Capacity: | 25,400 tons of cargo |
Number of Hatches | 21 |
Build Year | 1958 |
Decided i should make a tutorial for the street running things I've setup.
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4
Step 5
Step 6
Here's some stuff you can do using this same techniques.
Tram track between 2 roads
Train track between 2 highways
Single train track between 2 different kinds of road
Tram, Train track and road bridges close together
Hi
Sorry but this is not possible. The tracks are hard-scripted on the outer lanes.
Greetings Paul
Thanks for the reply, sad to see that this isn't possible. Maybe someone will figure out some kind of work around at some point. Also I assume one-way roads aren't possible either right?
Was wondering if anyone was planning to improve the tram infrastructure in game, like with putting the tram tracks on the inner part of the road, instead of the outer, also was wondering if it was possible to include center street stations as well. Here are some pictures as to what I mean.

Posting this here in the hopes someone with modding experience can bring these engines to transport fever. Been trying to mod these into the game myself but I don't have enough experience to actually do it myself. Anyway, the request is for some Australian 750 mm gauge trains used to transport sugar cane from the fields to the processing plants.

Freight cars can hold up to 4 tons of sugar cane and weighs 1 ton empty
Engine weighs between 15 tons and 20 tons
Brake wagon/helper engine weighs between 10 and 15 tons
Max speed is 35km/h
Average train length would be between 100 to 150 freight cars
Average Locomotive horsepower is 130 while tractive effort would be 120-130 (Transport fever script terms, not actual horsepower or tractive effort)
Average Brake wagon horsepower is 130 while tractive effort would be 120-130 (Transport fever script terms, not actual horsepower or tractive effort)
Locomotive: height is 261cm width is 136cm length is 380cm
Brake Wagon: height is 261cm width is 136cm length is 250cm
Freight wagon: height is 160cm width is 136cm and length is 183cm
Hopefully this is enough information, alot of the measurements are guesstimates as I couldn't actually find anything to tell me what the trains actually measured
