But a hospital two blocks from me. The sculpture in front of the door is an angel.
Actually, this kind of hand modelling sculpture is not many.
Some of the older hospitals. The sculpture in front of the door is Norman Bethune, Florence Nightingale or abstract art sculptures.

The main consideration is the number of triangles in the model. Too complex model. The number of triangles will be enormous.

Your Toll station - looks like some from VIA Toll in Poland , a neighboring country from German.
Looks like in Real... Very Very Nice one.
Maybe some signs here and there like this one
for Germans --> Toll Sign for Germans
or this for ---> Toll Sign for France

And the Hospital is really need in Transport Fever - so much accidents on the road - and so much stupid people that run`s on Road when a Train or an Bus came down the street... perfectly. MOD.

In my opinion the hands look nice but not too realistic as a staute to me..

This can be modeled,but have to use chartlet to show the details.
