I took all the mods off & only added the converter + ice3. The error keeps on happening. This is the new stdout.txt

I put the converter in the mods folder, does it go someplace else ?

I have the converter at the top of my list & it still keeps saying error. any help ? do I need to play with the setting or install something ??
