For those who are interested.
How i made it. I found the way to create custom inscriptions everywhere. You need to have a "Station signs" mod. When you place the sign and create an inscription on it (i recommend to create one sign for one letter), for instance, signs with letters J U L Y, you will need to remove the whole sign, but leave the letters (they will be just like assets).
After that we pick the letters with this mod (Steilstrecke) and move them wherever we want, change the sizes etc. Btw i put graffities on the train the same way.
And here you go! You can write anything and everywhere! Maybe that will be useful for someone. -

Ein ICE 4 Steht am Flughafen der Eclipse Bay und Wartet auf Fahrgäste von ankommenden Internationalen Flügen.
Aufnahme des Avalon-Staudamms und der Stadt "Avalon" Hinter dem Stausee liegt das Avalon-Dam Testgelände , Eine Militärische Transport und Versorgungsbasis.
Auf der rechten Uferseite sind der Öffentliche Flughafen sowie Mehrere Bahnhöfe zu sehen.
Der RE 40 Bellerophon bei seiner Ankunft in der Kleinstadt Hoffnung. Seine Route läuft Entlang des Flusses "Bellerophon" an dessen Ufern die Bahntrasse verläuft.
