Hello, a suggestion. It would be possible to create a little version of this mod? A version with only the visual part, skyboxes, textures, lightning shaders, improved draw distance and discard all changes for track speeds, new signals and other mechanics?

Or in the case it is not possible, can anyone point me to a list of folders and files that can be safely deleted to create a version like this, more friendly to be used in the US and Asian biome?

    Thanks.:)

Thank you for the fix. ^^

Loading the mod in my already running save locked some of my intersections. I was not able to demolish, add signals or cross rail/road to some track pieces that were connected to the central "cross".

Renaming the folder track inside unixroot_natural_environment_pro_tpf2_1\res\config\ solved the issue. I can load the mod and demolish/destroy my intersections now.

I tried loading the mod alone in a old save where I had no other mods installed and the behaviour was the same, some intersections got locked, unable to be demolished or altered in any way. The only way to be able to alter them was renaming the folder.

Any advice where to look to try to find what is causing it?:/

Maybe you have one of those fancy new monitors or TVs with a way to cold native white point? Older models and correctly calibrated ones had a colour temperature of 6500K (Daylight Colour). Most newer ones have a Whitepoint of 7000K - 9000K, which is definitely on the blue side.

NEP was made from photographs froim a calibrated canon DSLR camera at the correct white point. All of the images were edited on a monitor calibrated to 6500K @ 120 CD with an deltaE of 0.3

    There's nothing blue here.

My display is an old IPS panel, is not calibrated or have anything fancy in it. Anyways, like I said, if it can't be easily changed I will simple get used to it, no problem.

Another question: Loading the mod in an already existing savegame made all my intersections undeletable. Is a known issue or I did something wrong?

I get this message when using the bulldozer in it.

    Thanks.

Did you delete the shader cache? It's to blue without doing that.

The sunlight is definitely not to cold, it's warmer than in reality already. The lightning isn't blue at all but slightly yellow/orange. The skybox is physically correct and we even made it warmer by tweaking the sun to (physically not correct) warmer values. The white point already is on the warm side.

You can't do anything to tweak this yourself without rendering a completely new skybox and matching envmaps. You then have to tweak the tone mapping and the environment LUA to your new values

Yes, I deleted the shader cache, but still looks cold to me. No problem them, is only a matter of getting used to it. Thanks. =)

Hi, is possible to make the lightning less cold/blue? I live in NE of brazil where the lightning is more yellow, the blue toning of the light in this mod feels like the game is in the very early morning.

Any parameter that I can change to make it more comfortable to my eyes or it's something that is not visible to us users?

    Thanks. =)

MaikC , in the mod folder in the game installation directory. I have the GOG version.

doug , I'm looking at your code, and I have to ask, how the 2000 box wagon behaves with this code? His cargo is exposed, and when I was modding it some days ago before resolving to add trucks to the mod too, I saw that exposed cargo has a cargobay parameter that you need to tweak to make cargo render correctly. If not, the compartments overlap it's content.

If you have copied the .mdl files for these vehicles into your mod folder, then yes they will all load all the time.

Rather than modifying the mdl files directly, you can use a modifier function to changes the values programatically as the files are loaded.

Have a look at the stock 'Vehicles - No End Year' mod to get started on doing that.

If you want a little more detail than that, have a look at the mod I posted on Steam a couple of days ago that add compartments to the stock box cars.

You could take that and change it to include the stock trucks.

Thanks, I will look into them.

No, renamed it an now it appear without the *** and the !!! in the name. But I think I still made something wrong in the code. There's no change in the available colors for my lines.

But no problem, I will look in the logic of the code for this game more and try to fix it.

TYVM. I will update there later if I had success or not. =)
