The recent update to the Silberling caused Model Editor to crash when I selected it. Perhaps you could take a look at this?

Good day,
I would be interested in seeing the Prussian G 8.1 , P 8 and their derivatives in the game. I saw that Pufferzone modeled the former for Train Fever.

Hello Skyjoe, this sounds like a good idea. One DR prototype that I have been seeing pictures of lately, and feel could be tackled at some point, is the series of Mitteleinstiegswagen known as the LOWA E5. These were rather attractive cars, and in addition to wearing the standard DR liveries of their time, they were also painted in S-Bahn variations. Several images can be found here:

Okay, but should I open it in GIMP or Photoshop?
-
I am editing an existing normal file. Which of these editors (GIMP or Photoshop w/NVIDIA plugin) should I open it in and which settings should I export to so that the result doesn't crash Model Editor?
-
The E 11 / E 42 model is looking great so far! Do you think you'll create the textures yourself or have Skyjoe do them for you?
-
The update for the Omm 55 looks pretty good! Do you think you can also configure it to carry other types of cargo like logs, planks or steel? I feel that can add to the overall versatility.

As MaikC wrote, the Screenshot has been made with the tpf 1 Modellviewer because the Mod already existed for tpf 1, so i decided to use the old Image since the visual Changes on that particular picture would have been to minor.I apologize If that created confusion.
The only Options i currently See would be a mod that works with tpf 1 so you can use the modelviewer, or the use of the camera Tool and a Software capable of Editing images.
But i do Hope that this Screenshot Feature will be brought back in an Future Update, it was quite usefull.
I messaged Tom through Discord and the Urban Games email asking him about it, and am currently waiting for a response.

I am still looking for other ways; for example this mod was created for TPF2, but has the 3/4 screenshot. How was it possible?

Hello, I have been trying out the new modding structure provided in TPF's Model Editor and I can say for the most part that I am pleased. The files are easier to edit, and the screenshots come out showing the vehicles in new age and not used. However I can only find left side view screenshots, and not front, top and 3/4 and perspective views like in the previous Model Viewer. But what do you guys think? Is there a way to configure the screenshot export in Model Editor or do I still have to use Model Viewer instead?
-
How do I view mods which were uploaded to this site and Steam workshop under the new Model Editor? It appears the previous Model Viewer no longer works for TF2.
-
Out of curiosity, is it possible to re-write the mod in Notepad, so that it functions the same as in TPF1?
-
So it doesn't work the same way as the 'no costs' mod in TPF1?
-
I enabled the Urban Games 'No costs' mod upon starting TPF2, but when the game plays it still charges for everything. Is the mod script not written properly?

I am aware that you can simply export to screenshots using just that button, and how to find them; it's just how the images themselves turn out. The screenshot shown above has the white background around it with the shadow which extends off to the right, where the green arrow is pointing. I have tried this function but the exported images instead have a black background that I need to manually remove with Photoshop, and once I do the aforementioned shadow is nowhere to be seen. Which settings under the options tab would I have to enable in order for the screenshots to display as intended?
-
I would like to know how to enable Model Viewer to export screenshots to include a shadow which extends off to the right, as well as represent glass on the other side as a transparent layer. But so far I can only export images with a black background the same as the UI icons. Which parameters can enable this function?

@Licaon For the next update to the Güterwagenpaket could you slightly update K Wuppertal to carry grain and plastic as well? I think that can add more operational flexibility for the type.

How is everyone? I would be interested to see if anyone wants to try a hand at modding this particular series double deck coaches. Let's start with two models; a cab car (DBbzf(a) 761) with reverse capability and a standard coach (DBz(a) 751), both in DB Regio colors. Any thoughts?
