    Hey everyone,
I am going to bother you guys once again, I like to make my own train station mod and I found that the resource about this is even fewer. I have tried to study other modder's station but they were already too complicated for me to comprehend. ;( So I intend to do it step by step and asking for help along the way to see if I could make a train station in the end.

I picture that to construct a train station...

    1. first is to scripting the track
2.then make the track to have some sort of signal so the train will recognize there is a station.
    3.put a street connection
    4.adding a station building & platform model
    5.scripting the walking path

I don't know if this is right or not?

but in the first step I like to know how to draw a train track by coding? how can I make it work as a fixed object so I can put them anywhere on the map? And furthermore, how to draw the track with curvature. How to control the length of the track? and what about the double track? and How can I make a track above the surface or below? so I can make an elevated and underground station. I know it's a loaded question. I will be very appreciated even if you could only answer some of them. Thanks!

    This definitely looks interesting.

Also, in the release pictures there is a type of high speed track and catenary poles which I've never seen before, and I definitely want to use. Are they yours as well? If not, can I get them somewhere?

Well~ I always thought that catenary poles was the default one so I am not sure which mod that is. On the other hand, the track is my creation. Maybe I will release them once I finalize it along with the high-speed train station that I intended to make.

    Hey everyone,
I am trying to figure out how the sound sets work and I fail miserably, so I like to get some help here.

In the no.1 part of the coding, I noticed in some file has it but some don't. why is that?

In no.2 part, Is there any meaning of the audio files listing in this way? and how do they play out inside the game?

In no.3 part, In transport fever wiki it says "an audio file is randomly picked from the list." So... it adds the variation to the game? or is there any other function to it?

In no.4 & 5 part, I have no idea what the hell that even means...

I realize that the acceleration & deceleration sound effect is possible in other mods, but I don't know how they did it. How can I make that happened?

Well... once I remove the driver, the cab view become normal again...

This is my driver's coding in mdl file.

    { group =1, transf = transf.rotZYXTransl(transf.degToRad(0.0, 0.0, -90.0), vec3.new(7.1, 1.95, -0.6)), crew = true},

I make him rotated 90 degree in order to make the driver stay in the right direction. But no matter what the degree set in there, It's seems the cab view problem only happened when I add the driver in.

I was testing my train mod earlier and I suddenly found out that the cab view rotated to an odd angle. I don't know why this is happening... ?( I restart the game several times but the problem still exists. It works fine yesterday and I only recall that I adjust the texture a little bit. In addition to that, Is there any way to control the cab view angle? Some train has a higher cockpit or the drivers were sitting on the side. Could I adjust the view to that?

Thank you all for sharing, the thing that bugs me is that in the same model some details wouldn't show more clearly (like texts) even when I go for better quality texture. This makes me think bigger size texture might not necessary since it wouldn't make any difference. Maybe I should use a smaller size texture for a better game performance?

Thanks for the explaining, I am not sure I fully understand the last bit but I guess you mean the animation-block could do something like a Ferris wheel. I can do a rotate animation for the whole group and also rotate each car inside that group, right?
