    Thanks, yes I have figured that so far. I think what has confused me, is that when people say edges in connection with roads and streets, they mean the actual edges of the roads and the streets. But in this case, it is just edge like in geometry. So if I am understanding correctly now, the edge will actually be the centreline of the road, going from the first item in the edgelist to the next?

    What pains me in trying this out is that, while empirically testing this, very often you get error like "too much curvature" or similar, but I am thinking they should work something like Bézier curves. I wish Urban games made a visual explanation.

    Hi,

    I am trying to make sense of the edges notation. As far as I understand the first triplet is a position, and the second is a tangent. Is there any reference or description to how the tangent is produced, and what units are the numbers? So far I just try to experiment, but it would be nice to have some actual fact if anyone can make a good explanation of how they work (not mathematically, but practically).

    Thanks

    Hi again!

    Is it possible to easily load the localised name list of towns into a mod script? (I.e. res/config/name2/<list>/<locale>/towns.lua) I want to assign names from the list.

    Hi, I am trying to create a script where I can create "Zero"-sized villages, because I want to avoid to create a town and delete most of the buildings just to have a little village. When I try in the Console it is possible, and without errors. In the Console I can write this:

    local t = api.type.TownInfo.new(); t.name = "My Village"; t.position.x = 0; t.position.y = 0; t.initialLandUseCapacities = { [1] = 0, [2] = 0, [3] = 0, }; api.cmd.sendCommand(api.cmd.make.createTowns({t})

    and the village is created. But using it in a script I get an assertion error crash I guess it is because the capacities are below 50, as it works when I up it to 50 and above.

    So my question is if anyone know or can figure out an idea how to run it without it causing a crash in the script?
