This is the actual situation for the DC locomotives of the italian empire.

Much better than what there was back in 2020, right? I know, it is a DB based forum but, come on, you feel a bit spaghetti even in your hearts, isn't it?

Hello. After the publication of the gr 480 steamer (days ago - i still didn't receive any feedback from MaikC about thumb icon ), it's now time to publish the rework of the class E636 locomotive.
It's very iconic locomotive in Italy. I wanted to have my personal version of it, as the danny's version wasn't bad at all.

By the way, this new version features:

- two real articulated cases for the locomotive, like in the real life
- detailed things, depending on the modifications on the course of time
- more versions, considering the prototype, the different liveries, the different speed limits, the different applications...

It is now available on my patreon , along with the expansion pack (4 locomotives) that will remain as exclusive content on my patreon.
The base set will be available on steam/here from 9 April.

This mod won't overwrite dma's version, they're two different things (this new locomotive was rebuilt from scratch).

Next mod coming is the Gr 670 steamer

Hello. This special kind of locomotive has been published on my Patreon and will stay exclusive content (patreon-only).

This is the Gr 470 steam locomotive. It is a no-tender machine (since the coal depot is inside the cab of the locomotive itself) which is permantently coupled with a 2 axles service-tender which contains the water. The tender is also equipped with a very small service room, reserved to the train conductor and for the transportation of a small amount of goods.

It is considered as a "steam multiple unit" in game, since it can carry 2 passengers // 4 goods of any kind.

Doors are animated as long as the couplers. Two f*ck faces of conductors are permanently located in the tender, sat on their chairs.

My next mod is the Gr 670 steamer

Hello. Semaphore wing singals have been published on steam and will be public also here.

I've also updated the Diesel Unified locomotives : I've added the ICSun livery (a modern era one, it started its service 1 month ago) and fixed some flaring problems. I've also noticed that the bogies on all the D445 locomotives were wrong. In the next future, the plan is to add a bit more realism to those locomotive using substance painter.

A new modder is making his way in the ita community. His nickname is Mixer66. Let's hope he will stay. His first work is an un-lucky prototype electric locomotive of the late 80's (the E454).

Here is a preview, this is the result of 2 days of work. Pretty much promising.

Hello! So, group 685 and 683 locomotives have been published on the workshop and, soon, also here on tpf.net .

They're aggressive locomotive but very slow acceleration

Next mod in progress is the Gr 691 steam locomotive, which is an italian "pacific".

Next rework is the E636, because I must own my version of that great locomotive instead of basing everything on the dma version.

Hello! The rework on the E444 locomotives has been completed.

New 3D, new textures, more accurate soundset. Available on steam from 23 february, while it is already downloadable here .

Old dma versions are suggested to be removed

The reworked version of the E444

New steam locomotive ("new"): Gr 685. Already published on my Patreon and available everywhere starting from 17 february

This was one of the "high speed" locomotives of the old italy. Max speed was 120km/h, while max power was 1066kw with the Franco Crosti pre-heater versions.

The other high speed/high power locomotives (of the same time) were the 691 (which is my next mod) and the 746.

My next thing to be published is the reworked version of the E444 locomotive

So here we go, this is the ETR 200 train, the last main high speed EMU that was missing to the game. It has been published on my patreon and it will be available, on publics, from 8 February 2022.

On the other hand, I really hate the nation where I've born and where I live but Italian language is really awesome. It's the only thing I like of being what I am... but german is intriguing
