You could always use the converter to do it for yourself.
For certain mods you just have to add the vanilla TPF1 boogies to the mod before you convert it.

So I downloaded this mod: Einheitswagen IV Bt - Steuerwagen and then I unziped in the mods folder as usual.
Then I loaded up transport fever, new free game, selected mod, loaded in, placed a depot, and it was no there
