Adding a Wiking inspired car transport trailer, I think if you know the Wiking model you'll definitely recognise it. It's not an exact copy though, the bed above the wheels is less raised then on the Wiking model, also I added lights and ramps, but I tried to keep the basics.

And for the car itself; Yup it's now a cargo version and that is not fictive! Land Rover didn't make these but I know some people/companies made this modified version.

Full options version has a bush bar, even more Hella lights, crates and cannisters on the roofrack as well as luggage in the truck.

I think this will be sufficient for an exploration road trip, LOL

I gave the Rangerover a first few addons

BMWs of the '80s - Dutch dispatch 3 series.

Also a small update for the Cars of the '90s. It appeared that on the Maroc blue Mitsubishi Eclipse asset a part of the rear wheel was missing.

An update for the British police BMW is now available.

I just discovered I had been a bit to rigorous with cleaning up the mod.

British '80s dispatch - BMW 5 series

With my BMWs of the nineties I'm not happy yet, a lot needs to be done on those. But then on my 80's Biemers I also worked for more then a year, so I'll give them some more time.

Meanwhile I worked on something else that also has been in progress for a while but this one has now made it to the model editor for the first LOD and I'm quite happy with it. It's just another vehicle from my Herpa collection that will make it's way into the game

Also for the Dutch police I painted a BMW. The "Rijkspolitie" had about 20 BMW 323i coupe in operation, call it artistic freedom, I put the livery on my E30 sedan

looks like a combination of things, ensure the following;

1. in your 3D model the wheels must be at the center pivot point of the 3D, so no positioning over any of the axles. That you need to set in the mdl file after import.

2. when you export the model make sure the axles are correct, the game will rotate over the y-axle as DH-106 explained. The y-axle in Blender is not the y-axle in game when you export&import from Blender to the model editor. If needed amend the pivot point of the wheel to get the correct axle directions.

Looking forward to your feed-back and in-game footage!

that's a challenge Rico S. the reaction emoticons only have:

or am I missing something?

without unless you it's the horn sound. Continues LaluLalu is too much in my opinion.

Yes, and xia I'll probably stick to European stuff but appreciate your feed-back.

The lane changing of cars in the game can be rather aggressive, that I can't change.

I can imagine though that the driver figure being in a separate lod may cause it to turn different from the vehicle. It was an easy way to add figures to the AI cars, otherwise I need to merge the car and figure lods together.

Perhaps I should brand that as Adventure taxi

oberhausener68 I haven't seen that happen before. If it occurs more frequent let me know and I can look into it to see if I can optimize something.

A line up of the asset cars. Looks like it is mostly done

When you shrink that to a scale 1:12 it will make a nice toy gimmick

The Audi V8 is going to be a solo mod, at least for the moment. To my knowledge it was only the German Polizei who had this in livery as emergency vehicle, I couldn't resist to include it because I had this on my model railroad as well .

Though the version from Herpa had the standard rims, the actual real life car had bbs rims, so I opted to fit those on my version for TPF as well.
