Hi, I am updating the Citaros in preparation for the Facelifts.

Currently I have redone the Dirt map and the metal gloss. also changed two things in the model, and added a new version of the C1.

will update as soon as I am done with non-facelift ones.

it has been a while without updates, but, if you need some photos of these Mans (we got 13 of these NLC 3 doors CNG), in the next month I may have the possibility to go out to photography them.

exactly that, and the fact that in many many places the verts are in the same exact coordinates, is very suspicious, and we are talking of nearly an entire car exterior mesh that shares the verts, which is very sus, I don't want to diminuish his modification, the dude has made a good job on what he has modified, but jesus, editing someone else model is an asshole attitude, especially when you also esplicitally ask others to ask you for permisions to edit your model, when you are the first who never asked anything to the original author...

sorry, which open permission? I don't think I gave you or the dude who made the repaint the permission to publish it. in the other hand, also nobody asked for permission, the guy who made the repaint just made it and said "i will publish it as soon as i finish it". on my end it was slightly different, on the other hand, if the fully accurate ICNG model is a modified version of my model, that is definitely an inappropriate thing to do, as nobody asked an half of permission to modify it.

I am making only a generic versions without company liveries, so if anyone will feel interested in repainting them, they will be free to do it (same goes for my Citaros already published)

I wanted to show on forum as well the project that I have been working on from few months, the first model of the Mercedes Benz Citaro O530.

so far the work on these is quite forward, as I already have done some polishing on these.

the versions made so far are the 12 meters 2/3 doors, either diesel or CNG, and the 18 meters 3/4 doors, also diesel or CNG, these versions will be part of the "phase I" of the project, which will later be updated to the "phase II" which will add the Citaro facelift with the K, GL and L version of it.

for context, this is a completely new model, made from scratch in blender.

for some details in the base te took inspiration in part from the busses which are used here.

the UV map is repaint friendly.

hope the project is appreciated, especially as there have never been C1s in TpF2 (afaik).
