UG implemented "texture streaming" into the game with the console version. This should relieve the graphics memory. But it leads to the fact that more textures have to be loaded contiuosly back into the graphics card memory.
In addition, you use a lot of mods that neither adhere to the texture format specified by TPF2 nor to the texture sizes.
Together with your weak graphics card, this detour via the texture_cash apparently leads to a crash because it breaks off in the middle of the texture loading with a texture loading error.
I don't understand, Perhaps this update increases the "this way" crash probability?
Many of these mods are also used in other saves, but never had issues, or, this crash is because of the texture?
It doesn't happen on every start
