Taken over the entry lines into the newly built Northampton St John's Street station (as though it was built by the GNR rather than LNWR). The line snaking off to the left distance is the Northampton-Peterborough line. The viaduct passing overhead is that of the Great Central Railway, particularly the stretch between Aylesbury and Rugby Central. Below it, running parallel, is the GNR's 'Northern Heights' line that terminates at Northampton, with Highgate further down the line before reaching London King's Cross.
