Taken just before the prior shot, the Liverpool - Lincoln express just pulls out from under the canopies of the station on the through-up line. To the right are the through-goods lines. On the left; the terminus bay platforms which will see services from Shrewsbury, Manchester and more. The station's hidden entrance can also be seen on the left. It lays below one of the large road-bridges that span the station and is surrounded by flanking retaining walls and abutments. The masses are yet to arrive as the station has only just re-opened with two trains having departed the platforms.
