Wir begrüßen euch in der Fan-Community zu den Spielen Transport Fever und Train Fever, den Wirtschaftssimulatoren von Urban Games. Die Community steht euch kostenlos zur Verfügung damit ihr euch über das Spiel austauschen und informieren könnt. Wir pflegen hier einen freundlichen und sachlichen Umgang untereinander und unser Team steht euch in allen Fragen gerne beiseite.

    Since the information about a new game incoming this year appeared, russian modders almost abandoned the game, rarely realising some mods that actually was made for another game. I've had conversations with one of the modders from the only modmakers russian team and as far as he telling truth - they are not going to add really needed trains for the game: "We are not going to make new projects till the new game realised".

    That's not true :) Work still in progress, modders make what they want when they have time for it. Modding is not a duty, all modders is free in their work ;)

    That's because it has no sence to make 3 similar mods (ET2M, ER2K, even EM2). It's better to make some unique, I think, and more useful one. For example, EP2D is in plans.

    Aus der Oberleitung lässt sich auch gut das Zugbeinflussungssystem, wie es bei der Hamburger U-Bahn ist, herstellen.

    Be careful with change height of wires: I don't know why, but when I did it, I get a lot of troubles with connecting my rails with other rail types. That's reason why I maked invisible wires on the same height like vanillas.

    Hey guys! As you know there's problem with front wheels on articulated wehicles: they don't turn.


    Solution for it: don't use fakeBogies! :D Use invisible wheels for trailers instead of this. If somone was create articulated vehicles for Skylines - they know what I'm talking about.


    You need just to create wheel (well it may be any mesh, even triangle) and make it invisible by texture (100% alpha on albedo_opacity texture). Then put it to your trailer and don't forget to add it to "axle" string in .mdl.

    Umm if this thread about site with "smods" domain - it's irrelevant to russian transport fever community. This site reuploaded all content from Workshop.


    On "About Us" page says:

    In any case I have one wish to modders: guys, please, don't delete your mods from Workshop. It's big problem for regular users and this is pushing them to use those sites, because when user download mod from Workshop - he depends by modder's mood and that's not good.

In diesem Fall war dies aber so, da im Urban Games Forum ein Link zu einer russischen Seite hinterlegt war, die über Jahre hinweg, Diebstahl und Urheberverstöße geduldet und praktiziert haben.

    Wait-wait-wait. We are talking about it once upon time. I can repeat: no one german model was never uploaded to transport-games.ru. Yes, once we used direct download link: user clicked to "download" on russian site and files downloaded from your site. It was for 3 files and ok, well, it looks like files was uploaded to our site. Sorry, it looked not good. But I repeat: no one physical uploads. And I repeat one more: on page with files was 3 links to tf.net and also information about copyrights and physical location of the file.


    After I replaced links and now links from this files directed to file's pages on your site. And it was... one year ago? Two? Well.


    So what are you talking about? What is "Diebstahl und Urheberverstöße geduldet und praktiziert haben"? Really it more looks just like dirty competition for well-slogans.

    Really, prohibition policy creates a lot of problems and a lot of bureaucracy. I may say so (just so you can understand the... mentality, well): almost all russian sites about copyrights have one rule: Reproduction is allowed only with reference to the original. Because in any case someone will reproduct or repost this information, if he want.

    Yes, may be it is troubles of copyright law and so on, but in general it is simply for use: if you see interesting information, you can repost it with link to original and so on, and all will be happy. Without bureaucracy, without troubles.
    We know, for example, what Chinese reupload our models. They posting link to original, name of author and upload models - and we do not see anything wrong with that.

    For Cargo mod I have permission, BR132 I can delete if you want. About TFMM - it is a very important program for installing mods, but in general I can delete it too. But, well, after update of TF with in-game manager (with USA DLC, if I don't mistake).



    About copyrights. The main problem is the difference in mentality, ha. You know, in general for us it is normal - repost any information with link to original.
    But, as I say, we will not upload any files without permission from authors, of course.

    Fehler passieren, aber wir erwarten eine vernünftige Entschuldigung oder ein Gespräch um dieses Thema ein für alle mal vom Tisch zu räumen - bisher ist das nicht geschehen.


    Oh, it seems I've said it many times already. If we have files from other sites - we already posted source link and author's name. In the end it is good for all: we have translated desctiption of file, site-source have reference link (and users really click it), author of file has increased self-esteem, because his file is popular.
    Looks like mods free of charge, we do not steal someone's money, but raise the popularity of file, so what the problem? Free mods - it is good for all, especially for users who can not to create models, but can to create repaints.
    Really almost all repaints in your "Multiple unit" section - it is my Flirts, just because it is free. And looks like you deleted almost all links to source here... :D



    upd 16.01:
    Just to explain the situation: I in any case do not _upload_ files to our site, I just translate description and post it with link, what redirect users to tf.net. So in _this_ case I really don't see problem, because users in any case download original file. In next post Xanos thought what I reupload files; on the next page we a solved this misunderstanding.

    Questions not in acts, but on actions. Even then we had direct download links from tg.ru to files from tf.net, we posted links to original file and to author. When you deleted links to our site in repaints, you force your users to violate license, what say "models is free for repaints and reuploads, but only with link to source and name of author".

    What are you talking about? :) We already discussed that, and now on tg.ru we have not your files (only links to tf.net). But you still deleted links and so on, it is just looks like unfair competition.


    How about TF Patcher - Omich is private person and I can not be responsible for his actions.


    Die Postauto und Regiobus Repaints für Alex's Citaro möchte ich auch veröffenlichen. Was Alex da beschreibt, wird dies im UV-Editor des Blenders neu zugewiesen und dann abspeichern?


    Well, no, you just need copy/paste texture-file, then open .msh-file of trailer in Notepad++ and change name of texture.

    Well, okay, it looks like a right solution finally. Not as convenient as a direct link, but, well... I changed download links, now it redirects to original pages.

    So, about BR232 pack - I changed link, but maybe it is possibly to restyle Download/Herunterladen button to... well, green? Just when user, who don't understand other language, arrives to a page with a lot of text, he is lost, and may not notice white little button on white background.
