Had a bit of a late night as I worked on the T3 a bit to see what it does.

I've decreased the detail and think it looks still ok, the front doors aren't 100 as desired, but I did get the mesh detail down to leave some space for additions, taxi sign, flash lights, roof-rack ...

On the materials I will need to fully create them from scratch, the images are with all plain/basic materials that aren't mapped for the model.

Still is there really not any T3 transporter out? Before I put this on my project-board to-do list?

Anybody played Locomotion? Theys had an offshore oilrig where you could send out your tankers to and send helicopter to pickup/deliver passengers! I loved that

I've definitely not given up on that, it is however a long run;

Ultra short runways can be made, but the helicopters still take-off like a plane, which isn't good enough.

So my new trial is to use taxiways that go vertical and have a 'virtual' invisible runway in mid-air. At this point the flight routes do not want to connect to the station yet though..

All crashtenders have now been updated with turn-able front wheels, hope you like it.

The two small ones showed the lamps of the last mast in the lower position still while switched on, this is corrected.

On the Benz I will add them later, I'm thinking about a flat-tyre scene option...

Does anybody know if we can have some kind of "Push-button" actions? I mean a use action to trigger an animation one or more assets. If I click the sound is triggered, can this also trigger animations and of so how?

A beacon for airplanes is an easy mod :).

A plane spiral alike a spiral for rail track incline indeed could be a solution to extend the travel time, those could be part of the 'virtual' airport's taxiways.

I'm testing similarly for my heliport, there using straight vertical taxiways to simulate take-off. But it does not want to connect to my routes (yet).

Sorry for the English, but I have been thinking of such too, it seems hard but I reckon not impossible to create such.

After all already it is possible to create assets that go beyond the map surface, as long as the orientation point is within the map you can place them.

The major thing is how to create beyond map surface runways and terminals and manage the travelling times/distances.

The FAUN 8000 is a coming soon now;

I think today I will finish the XL FAUN 8000. Now a vehicle seen along side these was ofcourse the VW T3 (in many of it''s forms) I have been looking if there are any available already for TpF, but found none!!

I have one available in my 3D models that looks doable for making into a mod, but before I do so; Is there really not a single T3 mod out there yet?

Hi all, I've just updated the FAUN6000 releasing the turnable front wheel feature.

Since it was just out I thought to release this first so fewer of you need to update.

Inside the hanger we see the vehicles appear there seems to be a workshop; added turn-able front wheels, that does change the picture quite much.

PS also changed the config so the slope settings can't be used in combination with the lightmast, nor wheels. As only now I noted that does not work nicely (yet). I think it is safe to assume the crashtenders will be on flat ground when operating.

Final check for the next one now; the FAUN 6000, the 'small' large crashtender. So that's another "Coming soon!"

My holiday is almost over, the corona lockdown kept me homebound, still it was fun as well as productive

The next tender is near to be finished, the FAUN 6000.

The mod is a bit simpler than the two smaller vehicles as this one has no animated doors and water canon on the driving vehicles.

Also for the assets there are no opening side doors.

I will however provide a colour choice for the water canon, choose white, yellow, red or olive.

But now I'm unsure what colour the canon on the yellow driving vehicles should be.

It does that in TpF, I have the same issue. Unfortunately adding steering rear-axles is in the game not really a working option. Tried that, but without good success yet.

I may give it a shot by setting the trailer axles in reverse, it's just an idea, but then the rotation in close view when driving slow is probably less nice.

If there is a trick to make the trailer axles steer, please let me know.

Oh, the Benz didn't have the blink lights and dimmed lights options yet.

Similar to the FAUN these are also included for the Mrecedes.

The first FAUN is available and also the Benz is updated.

New on the Mercedes are is the yellow paint, on the fly I also made a white ´Red cross´version.

To provide more diversity the jerry can on the rear is gone and the red cross has no spare tyre. Did they use it??
