Our developers are working hard to complete the Mac version. The release is planned for November. The exact date will be announced later.
Besides the version for Mac computers, an update for Windows and Linux will be released, which will add Vulkan as a new graphics interface.
For Mac computers, the operating system macOS 10.14 and a dedicated graphics card with at least 2 GB video memory will be required.
The Mac version will be available on the Mac App Store, Steam and GOG.com.
A beta test will be conducted prior to the release. More information will be announced in October.
We are very happy to finally welcome the Mac community and send best regards from the whole Urban Games team.

i’m glad the mac version finally happened, but the wait and vague dates were rough back then. the vulkan update on windows/linux was a big deal too, and i hope mac performance ended up solid with that 2 gb vram requirement. funny side note: while waiting for announcements i kept getting derailed by random casino links friends dropped in chat, including https://playjackpotfishing.com/, https://color-games.com/ and https://tongitsgogame.com/ which felt totally out of place in a transport sim discussion. anyway, would still love that cockpit view to show current passengers/cargo; it’s such a small detail that would add a lot.

Excited to see Transport Fever 2 coming to Mac—can’t wait to build and manage my own transport empire on macOS geometry dash 3d!

Can the cockpit view please show the current passengers/cargo being carried? It currently shows the current location/next destination, and speed, but not what is being carried.
