I've uploaded it without the modmanager, people can just download the zip with the res map and drop it in their TF directory.

The ModManager can use this even without giving the metadata it usually needs. If you want to make it work with the ModManager however, you only need to add a tfmm.ini text file in the main directory of the archive and enter this text:

As for textures: you should be fine with 2K maps at least. I haven't tried bigger sizes, nor do I think it's necessary unless you, say, have a 4K map with multiple vehicles on one map. That will actually save VRAM over multiple 2K maps.
Yeah to save ram I also decided not to make the textures too fancy.
The SGM for 2 trains has only 1 tga for both.
The VIRM for 4 trains has only 2 tga's for all of them.
(+ normal map ofcourse)
If I added the class numbers and other details I would have had to create more tga's
(I'm just lazy)

Definatly intrested, though I think the SGMm depot icon needs some work, are also making one for the VIRM? BTW the power, weight and tractive effort of the Class 186 should be 5600 kW, 85t, 300 kN, builddate is actually 2014 but what the heck.

I could do that definetly yes, i did hte SGm in 10minutes because i didnt like the way it looked/the additional information.
I also know that the build date and those things arent accurate yet, Its because i am still working on it so i am able to buy it constantly.
The year and anything else like that will be edited in the last phase.
