Got the same problem here. I´m quite certain it´s connected with an electrification problem. After i upgraded my biggest station for about 70 % with catenaries, i had to wait for a train to leave so i could do the rest. I´m glad
i saved at that point. After i upgraded the rest, i saved again and started to buy a new traim, no problem with the depot at that point. However, after i loaded the last savegame, clicking at any depot led to a ctd 90% of the time.
Loading a savegame with the last part of the station yet to be upgraded lets me use depots just fine. Of course i was able to repeat the error.
Of a similiar note, i had a crash yesterday whenever i tried to e-upgrade a certain part of my other big station. I had to bulldoze and rebuild that part. Btw., my big stations are quite switch heavy, witch produces some ugly catenary mast clusterf*ucks. Maybe it´s connected with that.

Edit: My theory was false. I´ve got around 5 savegames of that part, and sometimes it crashes with any of them and sometimes not. Denifinately a spoilsport.

Same here. I had a few fake trains in different depots though, i sold them all and never had another crash. Doesn´t necessarily mean it was the reason though.
