My German is really bad, so I write in English 
Sorry for that.
I wonder, I'm searching through the forum to find mod that allows LARGE stations. 6 or even more tracks.
I see lot's of screen shots comming by that have these 6 or more tracks stations. How do I get them...?
And is there already a mod/way to upgrade stations instead of distroying them first, and place a new bigger one?

Only place 2 Stations in 180° degree side by side. 
Btw. this is a QUEST, not a TIP.
There is no mod or something, you simply set 2 stations back to back. Up to 10 tracks possible,
look here what possible with some creativity

The simpel Way is you use two Station back to back. At the moment is the maximum on platform 5. So if you use 2 is the maximum 10.
When I'm back at home I try to show you that on some screenshots.
But if you look in the downloads data base you will find 2 new stations and few reprints of stations. Is there any open question feel free to contact me or have a look in our lexicon possibly you will need a good translator for that because not all of them is in English.
