The two of them in the game is enough to cause the crash. I'm sure it's never been an issue (I also never had an issue till now) because no other mods are doing what hugedragonyk is doing with industries imo. Reproducing it should be as easy as placing the port down with just the two mods and sandbox installed will crash after you connect the roads(for time sake try to place it in a spot that's close to two towns so you don't have to wait too long for the ai to get to the port). Not sure if it matters, but I was using .2 for max street slope and .4 for embankment slope. It crashes with the mod's default settings as well
