Looking for some testers for Better Signals

Hi, I've been working on an improved version of better signals with Nightfury's help.

We're looking for some people to help test out the new version:

Improvements:

- Significantly improved performance

- Trains do not need to reserve the path for signals to go green. This means signals can be placed much further apart/trains don't need to be going at high speeds and you'll get multiple green (or yellow signals).
