Try using manually installed mod from our filebase. You might also have a look into the description of the mod you are trying to use. Maybe another mod has to be installed AND activted.
Btw, you didn't tell us what mod is causing you trouble. It Looks like a siemens Taurus. But there might be more than one...
Did you already wrote the author of your mod?
