Guess he asked for general starting year setting i.E. 1923 or something like this.
Is this actually possible to include it as option if the 1900 and 1950 targets are successfully passed?

Are we still talking about the timeless mod itself or the start game year when creating a new game?
The starting year when creating a new game (nothing to do with timeless mod), is hardcoded into the game and can't be changed by scripts.

Hy Zusammen hab etz das problem das ich in Der Lua Console drin stehen habe no File und ich schon Ewig nix mehr mit Dos gemacht habe das spiel liegt bei mir auf I wie kann ich das nochmal schnell ändern das er das Findet :)

I'm not quite sure of what you wrote, only that there is some problem with the Lua console. The latest timeless mod doesn't need the Lua console, use the latest TFGM to install it. No Lua console is needed (for Windows).

Some info for everyone texturing and modelling Swedish models.
In Sweden all rolling stock are named by Littera letters, let me know the Littera and approximate year and I might have the blueprint for it ;)
I possess a quite large archive of "original" blueprints from fonts used by SJ, color schemes, buildings, waggons, locomotives, signs, signals, busses, trams, you name it.

Another thought would be to share some prefabs that are same on many waggons and locomotives. Many waggons and locomotives used common bases and wheels. They were also often rebuilt from one Littera to another, meaning the same model could be used with different texturing or addition of some mesh details.

This would keep down the number of meshes because they will be reused between many models. I did this with the Studebaker trucks in the USA DLC. They all share the same base mech and each truck model just adds to it.

The update function was broken in the previous version.

Just download the zip archive here on Train-Fever.Net and unzip it in your current TFGM folder. Overwrite files if asked.
This would hopefully get you started again.

Next time the updater should work again.

The signals found in Gewinda's signal pack are all Swedish. I have the original blueprints on more Swedish signals. Unfortunately TF doesn't support distant signals (pre signals), only main signals.

@mediziner You need to update the list in the first post. Add the Litt D engine series and my signals from the signal pack; Main Dwarf, Dwarf, Disc and roadcross (train signal).

    HOTFIX!
A few functions was broken in the last update and has been fixed in this hotfix:
    * Fixed the missing install step after downloading a new update.
    * Translation button crashed TFGM.
    * TF folder buttons was never enabled in some situations.
    * Better and safer loading of avatar images from Steam (did generate the external thread error in some situations).
    * TFGM crash on exit in some rare situations.

    * Added button to bring up TF settings dialog.
    * Added default image (in TFGM) if non was provided by mod.
    * Added ellipsis at end of long strings.
    * Improved visual feedback on installed legacy vs TF mods.

    IMPORTANT:
If you have already installed v0.94.1.66 - 1263, the install install step will never show after download. You can either install the archive manually or run the TFGMLoader.exe located in your TFGM folder.

    New release v0.94.1.66 - 1263

    • Batch Activate/Deactivate mods within TF from TFGM.
    • More progress indicators.
    • Minor fixes...

You can now use TFGM group/sorting to batch activate/deactivate mods within TF.

I'm working on the Litt D engine serie.

First version is the original Litt Ds engine with a wooden cab for passenger traffic, manufactured between 1925 and 1933 (used until 1971) with a 610kW motor at max 90km/h
Litt Dg was the goods version of Ds with the same engine but geared down to 70km/h and 75km/h after 1936. During WW2 all Ds and Dg engines was rebuild to Dg engines with Steel cab.
Later on the passenger engines got a stronger motor with Litt Dk running in max 100km/h. The last engine was produced in 1943.
From 1950 All remaining Litt Ds,Dg and Dk was rebuild to Litt Du with a more the same engine and Du could be used for both passenger and goods at max 100km/h.
The look of Ds,Dg,Dk and Du could vary from engine to engine because the usually got modified/upgraded to another littera when they were repaired. The differences are very subtle and not easy to spot. for example the Litt Du eversion had the front door wielded.

Litt Da was meant to be a modern version of the Litt D series but in the end the frame was the only thing in common. Dm was two Da engines connected together.

This configuration was first called Dm+Dm and later on a third middle section (dm3) was added.
    [Blockierte Grafik: http://hem.bredband.net/petcor/Lok_Dm3.jpg]
The original name was dm+dm3+dm but was later renamed to Dm2 (without 3 section) resp Dm3 (with dm3 section).
Since all these models are built/based on the same base and cab I can easily make all versions of it. I have yet to decide if there is a point in making them all if they look the same, still the engine power is different. Maybe just make a small selection or some minor details to tell them apart.

There is a repair button under "Files", this should scan and repair the TFGM library base.
The "Chinese" characters are shown because the string is read in UTF8 format. If the string is pointing to random memory (the access violation), it can just print anything...

    This looks interesting.

I have actually started to model Litt. D/Da/Dm engines.

In Sweden all transportation was owned and maintained by the government up to late 80". This also means that all blueprints are official and can be retrieved from the archives. The NOHAB archive (donated by NOHAB) is located in my town, Gothenburg and I have already spent hours digging among hundreds of blueprints.

hello iam new here... i would like too request the modders to work for a mod that adds rain in the game.......... i believe that the game would look even mre awesome..... just lyk that if you guys could also make some little little effects like adding a night mode in the game.... where trains also hav lights of their own... anybody for more ideas plz contact me, cuz i hav got plenty of them :D

What you are asking isn't possible to make. Mods are loaded once when the game starts and after that there is no interaction between the mod and the game. The modding is at this point limited to what you find in the res folder.

By the way, this forum is for the TFGM (Train Fever Game Manager). If you want to request mods you would have better luck in this forum http://www.train-fever.net/index.php/Board/21-Mod-Requests/
