Nice thanks for reviewing my set!
The three axle tank wagon is based on Finnish Go tank wagon but indeed I saw similar being used elsewhere too which is why I put it in the set.

Nice thanks for reviewing my set!

Great to hear! The lantern mod is made so it replaces the original file which is not ideal. That can lead all sort of troubles with other mods like mine in this case
My mod seems to conflict with this one https://steamcommunity.com/sha…iledetails/?id=2103445129.
My mod edits hbi1_v2.mdl metadata for cargo capacities, I've got compartments(like the default legacymodel) and this mod has compartmentsList in it's mdl file for the same wagon. This explains why my script goes wonky from line 218
I couldn't find my mod from the active mod list in the stdout.txt but it's indeed recommended to update your drivers. Also check graphic settings, if you have very high textures selected that might also cause issues. Try lower them to high
Hey Mauri and thanks MaikC pointing me here.
I also checked my mod and it should work fine. I did small fix earlier today (4h a go) and updated the mod, have you tried it again after this?
I assume also it's another mod that is not incompatible with mine, Stdout would be nice to see indeed so I could test mine with mods that could cause issues
Whoops sorry, I indeed didn't thought there could be assets with same name. Beta didn't cause the issue just my mod.
My mod works with both versions, stable and beta. I just sent update that should fix this issue
Volvo F12 is already under work, time is the issue on my side too but I want to finish it as soon as possible. VW T5's are already done for TPF2 and they are available in my Steam Workshop. I should upload them here too for those who cannot use the Workshop of course.
I could start a thread here so it would be easier to keep up what I'm doing too
Nice work dview! Do you have other roadcars under work or planned? Asking because I've been thinking to make similar packages but wouldn't want to start or make anything you've already going on
Haven't been very active here recently, but you might have already seen my previous trucks in the Steam. I just uploaded my Scania R set here too with the semi trailer mod, waiting for approval at this moment.
Here's my next truck, which will be recreation of my Volvo F12, here's the progress sofar
Sorry, I meant I've done already a model for TF1 that I'm going to convert as soon as possible. Yours is very nice model but there's too much polygons, although the game handles them quite well, that looks too much
I've made it for TF1 earlier > https://steamcommunity.com/sha…iledetails/?id=1251483797
I will convert it to TF2 also but I'm gonna rework some of it so it'll take some time before it is finished.
Sorry to hear this, hopefully it'll get sorted soon and you'll get your account working.
It does look very much like Di-4. Unless we don't get dev blogs about modding, I guess we'll have to wait a bit. I assume it'll be quite easy conversion though for the model but textures will need some work if you convert TF model to TPF2. TPF1 already used pbr materials, and from the looks there isn't much change for that. Would be also nice to know if there are other new features like emissions
Count me in!
When you export the model from Blender with Merk's script you don't need to edit files much but of course it helps to understand what everything does
Transport Fever wiki does have some info here http://transportfever.com/wiki…dding:developerinfo:start
To save some tris, you can clean the area next to the window on the side. That's one good example of detail which can be made with normal maps
Forgot to mention, you shouldn't use smooth modifier, loads of details can be made with normal maps indeed. Those limits which are mentioned above are good indeed
I was going to make XF in some point but it's good to see you got it coming nicely already
There is no guides unfortunately for TPF how to create a truck but you can take a close look of my Scania's for example how it is done.
Ah you're using old versions, please download latest versions from filebase or Steam Workshop. They work properly
Hmm I wonder what messed them so, I haven't touched to cargo loads in the update, only tinkered with the capacity. I'll have a look of course
