The sattlezug variants with the day cab are ready for a test drive.
Not sure if I will add these to the base mod or make it an add-on mod. The con. of an add-on is it will cause users need multiple related mods activated in proper sequence when I release the other trucks...
But next step is at least to separate these from my development mod and then the asset can be done.
Casa intention is to make it one mod, but will see when I get to the asset. If all are in one it can have an overall random, but it will be more complex and usage should remain somewhat consistent and intuitive. So we'll see, for now I have plenty to do on the driving versions, all still require a bit of detailing like licence plates interiors.
Here the (first) liveries for the concrete mixer and tipper versions.
Next I'll start with a some truck, uhm sattlezug, versions of the day cab. But still more repaint/variance ideas keep coming to mind
Besides a few more liveries, which I'll reveal later, I also made a second variant for the tipper truck. It now is a Ginaf truck with a raised cab, off-road tyres and a new tipper body.
Yeah, I like the loading crane! And if this was now also animated.....uuuhhhhh.....
No it will remain static for a while longer.
Btw.: In my stout.exe I can find several entries like these ones:
Unfortunately I cannot see wich of your mods is affected. But maybe you know by the DDS name which one is mentioned.
I've also seen those, but do not yet know what causes them. In game I see no notable effects.
Doing exactly that soldier312
I made a high volume combi in box and curtainside variants.
On request of the brothers Schwarz I also made an open truck with the Effer loading crane from my Scania, I think that's working out quite nice
More repainting from the weekend
And again few more liveries
ah yes you are correct... that's when quick ideas just go up in smoke.
More trucks have went to the paintshop and got their liveries done.
Many more ideas are in mind, but that is mostly Dutch focussed. I'm open to your suggestions from other countries, especially when based on H0 models
Katzer ein Salto ist nicht drin, wie man am Bahnübergang erkennen konnte ist er Extremsportler, bleibt da stehen ohne stützen und ohne umzufallen
Maybe you can let a standard appear when speed is 0 if you set the drive animation to let it be way underground when at speed...
not sure it that will look better though.
Think you did a great job there already, you must be very patient to do all that.
Adding Bibendum as well
First liveries for next DAF set are done.
Still working on some more DAF's, the basics for a 4axle construction variant are getting form.
it's a bit early to start modding for TpF3 isn't it?
Hi, the mod is mainly intended for Schonbau. Sims just do not like to travel long distances, would be nice if they did once a year for holiday, but unfortunately.
You can get passengers on board if you put two remote airfields in about the same direction and connect those on a line. For instance place one on either side of your map both pointing North.
thanks for the investigation Katzer, I'll have a look what's the best way to make those drivers behave, but need to setup a game with the fish, I noted I haven't used it yet ...
Thanks for tagging MaikC , I have the mod editor open and just checked there but encounter no issues or errors. From the stdout I read it is on construction materials, but fear it will be a conflict with another mod, only which...
The DAF is now also on Steam and so is the updated TurboStar.
For the DAF it is version 1.10 in which I swapped the green and blue lowbed trailers in the asset, I won't update it here (yet) for just that. (unless you ask of course).
Only always such a pity when some-one leaves a dislike (within 15min) but doesn't leave a comment and seems to also not unsubscribe. Steam should really change that, dislike with a comment fair enough I'd say, without that he/she should automatically unsubscribe. So do me a favour and leave a like on Steam pls. Thank you
