Hello everybody
I am creating some news for an upcoming update of the oil terminal. I have an idea to introduce a module to a freight station module.
1) Is there any possibility in an own and newly composed module mod to get rid of that lamp post placed in the center of a freight platform? I see this lamp even in other modules that other mod creators have made eg. modular road station modified. and this mod steam by MadHatter, https://steamcommunity.com/sha…iledetails/?id=2135235086
Not an easy way.
These lamp are added in terminateConstructionHook of modular_terminal.con:
elseif result.coordI2variantAndPos[i][1] == moduleVariants.cargoTerminal then
local ln = result.range1[i] - result.range0[i]
local pos = result.coordI2variantAndPos[i][2]
for k = 0, ln do
local id = result.MangleId({i, result.range0[i] + k, moduleVariants.cargoTerminal})
local tf = transf.transl(vec3.new(pos + 15, (result.range0[i] - 1 + k)* platformLength, .0))
constructionutil.addModels(generatedData["cargo_size_n_l_rep"], result.models, tf, "__module_" .. tostring(id))
end
end(There is a variant for cargo_size_n_r_rep too)
-edit-
And moved the thread to the Modding Section of TPF2...
Yeah, the problem is you will either need to overwrite the con file, or have your own terminal con, not so nice.

Which option would you have chosen?
