The "DLC" will be handled like a patch and all patches were issued for all systems at the same time.
The "DLC" are just models and textures so no changes to the program-code to make it necessary to split a release. -

Thats not correct
There will be a lot of changes to the code. You'll be able to switch between european and american setting. @mediziner: I think you understand @Kiwi-NZ wrong, I think he meant that there isn't anything which would split the release dates for Windows and Mac. He didn't excluded the changes you mentioned but they don't cause different releases
