Game does not load

It's been about a month now that i can't play Transport Fever because the game is not loading any map, I've also tried creating new maps without mods and the loading screen still freeze at the same point, when it is almost done. I've also tried with the steam scan for any corrupted file, but nothing works. In the steam discussion I've saw lots of people saying that even uninstalling and installing again the game doesn't fix the problem. If someone have the solution, tyvm early!

This is the file, I think the problem is the missing mipmap from those 3 texture, but I'm guessing, I'm not an expert tyvm!

I tried with every map size, and also with minimum graphics settings and it is always the same issue. I don't think the problem is the PC, because the problem appeared from one day to another and the two/three maps I was playing before where the larger possible. I've also tried uninstalling and installing again the GPU drivers, and nothing changed
