  • Hello all.
I have been playing this game since last month and it's really fun, and i was even happier to see that we will have electric cables for the trams in-game.
But there's one thing that i have always wished for this game: Trolleybuses. I always felt that trolleybuses are ignored from the game (and from most games). So i propose that there should be Trolleybuses in this game. Basically it's just easy, lay out some cables and you are done, and that's it!
    Please, can someone do this?
    Respect, Steve.

  • I dont think so, because they are trams like the american ones who have these cable holders. And with the next update of Train Fever comes the cable (Oberleitung). So it shouldn t be a problem.

  • The best solution is to do the cables and put a tool that puts cables in the terminals, streets, etc, like with the rail electrification tool

  • At first, trolley busses don't have one cable, but two. So it will be necessary to change the actual cables, which, as @MihAMi02 pointed out, is questionable.
Second, I am not exactly sure what tramtracks are from a game-technical point of view, but it might be hard to just integrate trolley cables like tramtracks.

I hope that UG will implement a distinction between tracks and cables, because otherwise we will have to live with electrified horsetrams :S
