Buy a faster computer, use a M.2 SSD or reduce the number of Mods you really need.

With the 960 it works very well, I only changed the graphics card and the related drivers.
I also changed the graphic settings but the result is the same.
If I open a new map without the mods, it works well if you active the mods on the new map crashes.
Now I try with a new map to insert one by one mod and see how it behaves.

If it's a savegame, please set commonapi2 verbose level to 99 and attach a stdout.txt (compressed as zip)

As mentioned earlier, I couldn't yet find the problem why TPF2 can't load my dll,
the same code works under Linux just fine.
Until I find a way to fix this, please disable CommonAPI2 in the modlist when creating a new game or using the editor. You can then add it to your new savegame...
