  • This is so great! You have fulfilled my dreams for all my needs. However, there are just two cars that I personally miss in the selection of emergency vehicles from the 80s and 90s. I hope that maybe someday they will be added to your worklist :) Thany you so much!

My mind reading skills aren't the best, but if it matches my wish list it first needs a Benz 300E :D

  • I have yet to decide on the next project, BMWs of the 90s so that after that the Faller Autohaus can be completed, or the model I have in scale 1:1 in my garage are most likely next... but then again I might deviate and do something else, a Dutch BMW E30 Police is also an option ... or ... or ... well plenty to do and wish for ^^

  • that's a proper list there, some of them are on my to do.

I prefer EU models that were available in H0 scale from the major brands (Herpa, Wiking, Brekina and so) and of course even more when they were on my model RR.

  • Yeah, nice. And indeed there were some of the listed ones available. Even as "Messemodell", "Private Collection" or Hightech.

    Need some inspiration? 😁

  • Here I had some of the DAF's from Herpa next to the ones from me ;)

  • For once I'm going to ask if someone wants to support me with a little Trinkgeld. I have the Herpa Modellarchiv 1978-2007, but just found there's also a newer one up to 2020 available at truckmo;

    https://www.truckmo.com/nl/her…ucks-1978-2020-dvd-196246

I'd appreciate it very much if someone wants to give me a voucher/Geschenkgutschein for truckmo to accommodate the purchase.

It's not about the money, I can afford it, it's only 33,30eur in total. But it's more to give an opportunity to my mod users to give something in return. :)

Please don't feel obliged!! Seeing my mods being used in your screenshots and videos is what motivates me most.

This wasn't the best idea, it appears these vouchers are physical and not just digital. So I'll just ask for your feedback and footage of my mods in your games to (continue) to be shared.

  • In general it's crazy to see how the prices per modelcar exploded!! Back in the days they were between 4,50 DM to 12,- DM (around 2,- to 6,- € during time of currency change; nowadays probably 4,50 to 12,- €) and now a simple Golf 2 now costs 17,95?! :O The Mercedes G-Class 18,95 and a Renault R4 12,95? That's unbelievable. I mean, I see those prices in my modeltrain magazines regularly, but it shocks me again everytime is see that. How is someone able to afford this nowadays? Who would voluntarily build a small car park, for example, without going broke just because of having bought some static cars?! :O

9,- DM and 9,50 DM - already expensive, but affordable:

Special editions had been even more expensive. But hey: They are transparent or an "Art Collection". 😅

  • How about Paypal donations? Do you have PayPal and which e-mail-address would it to be used?

Nope I don't have a PayPal. And this is not so really intended for you and the ones alike you. You already share plenty of footage that makes me happy <3 , just enjoyed watching your last video on Youtube. Please keep those coming!

  • In general it's crazy to see how the prices per modelcar exploded!!

Yes very true. I remember the PrivateCollection in the days were around 18Hfl (8Eur) and that was in that time very pricy. Last week I got myself the latest Mammoet truck from Herpa (I try to keep my collection complete, but only for the Mammoet stuff nowadays) that came at 50Eur.

OK in defense of the manufaturers, detailing has improved and I think that back in the '80s '90s the license fees that they had to pay were way lower, if any at all. I know for example Mercedes charges absurd amounts to use their logo... I'd say Mercedes see it as promotion of your brand and allow that for free.

  • So I had a look around the site.

The vouchers only seem to be available in physical form, which you can have sent to you - at least that's how I understand it.

How the vouchers work and how you get them isn't 100% clear to me at first glance.

  • It appears so indeed Katzer, PeterLustig also just found the same. So I'll drop the request and instead just ask to keep sharing images and footage.

I am really not out for the money, but do appreciate feed-back and thought it was a nice idea to give an opportunity for something different. I'll get the archive anyway ;)

    Thanks none the less!

  • From my side, it would be no problem to support you. I appreciate the work you do and am happy to reward it. Paypal or Patreon would of course make this easier
