This mod is a conversion from Mod: Sexy Rocks for the first part of the game.
I did not know that the variant for the second part was published.

Unfortunately Sexy Rocks hasn't been published yet for TPF2 afaik.

As mentioned already it's the "Sexy Rocks" mod.
But since it's not available, if you not convert it from the TPF1 version, why not use the rocks from Ingo-1111?
They are nicely textured and can be resized and rotated. From my point of view the better alternative since they look way better than the old rocks with their blurry texture.
AND: They are collision free. -

I already use the rocks from Ingo-1111, and I agree they look very good and is a great mod!
Although I miss the possibility for random rotation and possibility to select random rock-types (radio-buttons to check which types and colors you want to include). What impressed me in the video from Hans Dampf was not the texture of the rocks, but how fast it was possible to place rocks over a large area. I can of course place the same rocks several times, but it looks much more real if the type, rotation and color is variated (functions that exist in the mod for foresting large areas). And that is quite time-consuming to do the manual way. I must admit I do not know how to create mods in TF2:/
Maybe there is a possibility that Ingo-1111 will create an update of the existing mod, considering how good that mod already is:) -
Yes, I fully agree. A random feature for texture, rotation and size would be nice to have. Also the possibility to place them like the tree brush (here: a rock brush) would be nice. That way a dry river bed could be realized very quickly and easily for example.

I can add automatic scaling and rotation ... but only for the currently selected stone.
Mixing different stones or selecting which stones you want to mix ... unfortunately I can't do it like in the stone or tree brush from the vanilla game. -
