The bus stops are part of JoeFried's Road package. You likely want to keep it.
A recipe to find the corresponding mod for Assets from your menu:
1. Make sure you have "Advanced Statistics" installed. Called AS later on
2. Find a really empty place on your map, best would be, if there is only vanilla gras.
3. Open AS, choose "Assets" and open "Radius".
4. Choose the size of the circle, so that it covers only the spot you see on the screen. If there is only vanilla gras, it should show nothing more in the "Models"-List.
5. Now build the asset you want to explore.
6. AS should now show some filenames.
7. Search for these names in the Userdata and/or workshop directory. That should give you the local path of the corresponding mod.
For me this works with a steam installation. No idea what needs to be different, if you dont use steam.

i have the steam vesion installed but prefer to have all my mods manually installed
Yes, normally you get an answer here. But in case you are impatient...
But I also figured out that my method not always shows some files. Some mods dont show any files in the list, for whatever reason.
