According to the data sheet, the R32 has 86 kW per axle. Since the cars have 4, that makes 344 kW per car. So the 350 is correct if it is per car. Otherwise, you can increase the traction.
The most effective way for TPF2 is simply to reduce the weight.
I once did tests on one of my Mods, increased the power and traction from 200 to 20,000, but apart from exploding costs, it achieved almost nothing.
When I reduced the weight from 20t to 10t, the train suddenly took off.
If you are referring to the R33 Redbirds; if you do not like the default settings, feel free to set your own using the Vehicle Tweaker Mod. This way you don't have to edit the Vehicle Mod itself.
As of June 28th, 2025 the Train has been updated with user customizable Vehicle Stats integrated into the Mod Load Menu. You can change whatever you want now.
