Die Community steht euch kostenlos zur Verfügung damit ihr euch über das Spiel austauschen und informieren könnt.     I'm working on a new tool which helps to edit base_config for Transport Fever.



    This is a support thread, all downloads, description and changelog are available in the filebase.

    looks good so far.
    I think this will be a helpful tool, especially for people who are afraid of editing config files.

    It should automatically detect your system language. Is it happening? What language do you get and what is your system language?

    That's strange.
    Okay, i'll sort it out later. Right now i disabled all languages except english. Just download tfce-dev.zip from the first post again.

    I'll release MacOS version if someone will need it, but i won't do Linux port, sorry. It's too much pain to support all those distros and graphical toolkits.
    However, you can run it with wine, there are no external dependencies.

    My next problem is: The tabs "towns" and "construction" are just blank white for me...

    That's a preview version, only the "World" tab is working right now. More to come...

    Second tab (towns) is working now.

    Fantastic work!
    I don't think it will only be for people who don't want to edit the files manually because it makes finding certain options very easy and understandable.
    Keep it up!


    PS... I will never understand why these options are not part of the menu in the game. ..

    Yeah, that's a real question. Along with "why don't we have a complete modding toolkit with api reference", etc...

    dos'nt work with wine under linux :(

    Just tried it with wine 1.8.5 on MacOS. It starts fine, but yeah, there are some crucial problems.
    Okay, i'll try to make a port for the latest Ubuntu LTS.

    Sooo... I made a very quick and dirty port to GTK3. Should work on any modern Linux distro which have libgtk3 installed.

    Hi deseven, i like your tool, it is perfect for all people they don't understand the lua-configs.


    Is it possible that you upload these tool in our database? It is easier to find your program and it is always available when your page goes offline.
